PLANNED POWER OUTAGE NOTICE
Nova Scotia Power has informed me that they will be performing urgent repairs tonight, which will require a brief, temporary power outage in our region.
Here are the details you need to know:
When: Saturday, June 6, from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM. (Note: Repairs may take less than the planned hour).
Affected Areas: Lucasville, Waterstone, Kingswood North, Indigo Shores, Timber Trails, and surrounding areas beyond into Sackville Beaverbank
Scope: Approximately 9,500 customers will be impacted.
Reason: Urgent, necessary maintenance inside the Lucasville substation.
Nova Scotia Power has stated that automated callout notifications have been sent to the phone numbers associated with affected customer accounts.
