Nova Scotia’s new First-Time Homebuyers Program reduces the minimum down payment to just 2%, helping more Nova Scotians overcome one of the biggest barriers to homeownership. Delivered in partnership with credit unions across the province, this pilot program is designed to help first-time buyers and some returning buyers get into a home faster.
