I had the opportunity to visit the QEII Home Lottery Grand Prize Showhome in Voyageur Lakes last week, and it really is an impressive home.
Located at 458 Canoe Crescent, this year’s grand prize home has more than 3,400 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area, a spacious primary suite, a covered rear porch, landscaped yard, and so much more. It’s a beautiful showcase of what can be built right here in our community.
I also really enjoyed chatting with folks who came out to see the house and hearing about what the QEII Home Lottery helps support. At the end of the day, it’s about more than a beautiful home – the lottery helps support the QEII Health Sciences Centre and health care across Nova Scotia.
Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this year’s showhome to life. It’s a great addition to Voyageur Lakes, and I encourage anyone who hasn’t seen it yet to stop by and take a look.
The showhome is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. until November 6.
