The Canada Revenue Agency’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program provides free tax preparation assistance to eligible individuals and families with modest incomes and simple tax situations.
Community volunteers help prepare income tax and benefit returns, helping ensure eligible community members can access the benefits and credits they are entitled to.
Our office has also inquired with the CRA about the possibility of coordinating a free tax preparation session in our community in the coming year. We’ll share more information if and when those plans come together.
